Team Building Details
Team Building sessions are instructed by a Certified Personal Trainer.
Each session is approximately one hour. Team members are encouraged to wear athletic/comfortable shoes and clothing.
Activities will be performed and engaged outdoors, weather permitting.

Team Building sessions with trainer start at $100 / 75 minutes up to 20 participants
Greater than 20 participants results an additional $5/person
Self driven team building sessions are $5/person
